Because our content deals with manipulation, narcissism, and workplace abuse, messages we receive sometimes include sensitive details about your own experiences, or about someone else involved in a situation. That context is often necessary, but please share only what you need to. We don’t publish private submissions as anonymized or identifiable case studies or testimonials without your separate, explicit permission, and we try to avoid retaining identifying details about third parties named in what you send us.

If something you send us includes information about your mental health, therapy, diagnosis, relationships, or other sensitive matters, we use that information only where reasonably necessary to understand and respond to your message.

If we introduce a service that intentionally requests sensitive personal information, such as a personal analysis or detailed case submission, we will provide additional privacy information and request explicit consent where required.
